TradeFlow import tracker

The problem

Running an import business remotely means keeping track of orders, shipments and stock across suppliers in China and customers in Bangladesh. Spreadsheets and chat messages were not keeping up.

What I built

TradeFlow, a React progressive web app that installs on a phone like a normal app and keeps the import records in one place. Firebase integration for syncing data is in progress.

Why it matters for clients

It is a working tool for a business I run myself, so I use it every day and see where it falls short. That is how I approach client work too: build the simplest thing that solves the problem, then improve it from real use.
